Born and raised in the shadow of New York City, Stephan Stanzione is a drummer who has dedicated his life to the pursuit of his craft.

From an early age, Stephan took every opportunity to learn the art form of percussion; formally, Stephan studied underneath renowned percussion instructors Frank Belucci and Dan Aviles before being awarded three perfect NYSSMA scores and securing a position in the New York All-State Orchestra.

At the same time, however, Steph was cutting his teeth in the clubs and venues of New York City, learning the skills of rock drumming by getting onto stages in the heart of the city's music. Since then, Stephan has carved out a reputation for himself as a wildly charismatic drummer and showman, with his reac­tion-style drum video content amassing over +2,000,000 likes on social media.

As the drummer of alternative rock band Saint Slumber, Stephan has shared the stage with acts such as 30 Seconds to Mars, AJR, Chvrches, and more. Their catalogue has garnered over 20,000,000 streams, being featured on Spotify editorial placements such as New Music Friday, Alternative Beats, lndie Pop, and more. Stephan has lent his drumming to other artists on stage and in studios across the country (Black­bird Studios, Cove City Sound Studios), working with Aliana Lohan, The Altogether, Tatiana Demaria, and others, most recently playing with Devora on tour with English rock legends Bush.
